• Background: David started his legal training in 1981 with Central London firm Rabin Leacock Lipman, with whom he qualified in 1990, and stayed with them until 1996. After a few years with city firm Pullig & Co. David worked for Thomas Eggar (Now part of Irwin Mitchell) for 15 years, before joining Adams & Remers in 2016.

• Recent Cases: David acted for a local authority successfully overturning a challenge by a very organised residents group to limit the payment of Service charges relating to major works within the city. The case was high profile and reported in the local newspapers. David continues to advise one of the largest private Landlords in London particularly in relation to Service charges and consultation procedures.

• Personal interests: David is an avid follower of Arsenal FC, has a wide interest in music, and enjoys reading, cooking, cinema and walking his dog, Mojo, in the Sussex countryside.
