Jaymini is a solicitor in the corporate team and is based in the London Office. Jaymini advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance. Jaymini has also advised quoted companies, brokers and NOMADS on a range of transactions including admissions to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and other equity offerings.

She also advises clients on a number of commercial matters including franchise and product endorsement agreements, data protection and privacy issues.

Jaymini trained and qualified as a solicitor in April 2012 with U.S. firm Hunton & Williams and has worked at Macfarlanes and Forsters.




 Jaymini’s corporate experience includes advising:

  • Greybull Capital on its acquisition of seven steelworks sites in Scunthorpe from Tata Steel UK and investment of £400M into a new business, British Steel Limited
  • Coria (PKF) Investments on a R1,5B wind farm project being developed under the South African Renewable Energy IPP programme
  • Knight Dragon on its acquisition of two Luxembourg companies which owned a Jersey property unit trust
  • Al Zaman group, an Omani-based investment group, on its investment in and development of a landmark central-London property
  • a BVI company and its Jersey and Grand Cayman-based subsidiaries on the asset sale of a Grand Cayman hotel for $66M
  • a UK-based hotel chain on the sale of a hotel portfolio with 60+ bidders taking part in the auction process
  • high-net worth individuals on investments in the hospitality, catering and restaurant sectors

Jaymini’s commercial experience includes advising:

  • a high-end global hotel group on managing a data breach caused by a processor, conducting a group-wide compliance audit in preparation for GDPR, preparing a revised data breach plan, privacy policy and terms of use and assisting with internal staff training
  • a number of recruitment agencies and head hunters on new rules coming into force under GDPR, with a focus on client data processing
  • a number of independent, not-for-profit institutions on their privacy policies, website terms of use and user agreements
  • an individual on making a subject access request and exercising other data subject rights
