Adams & Remers hosted their third annual care home seminar on 27 September 2019. We had some excellent speakers this year – Chris Stevens and Matthew Flower from FRP Advisory; Kate Power from Allied Irish Bank (GB) and Debbie Martin from Care4Quality.
FRP Advisory provided an update on the current status and trends within the social care market; AIB (GB) discussed a lender’s requirements in terms of your CQC ratings and what to do if things go wrong; and Debbie Martin gave us tips and advice on how to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating, and importantly, how to keep it.
The delegates included care home owners, prospective care home owners, and industry partners such as banks, brokers, architects, agents and care groups. The event offers an opportunity to network and share ideas with others in the industry and to establish new contacts who can help you on your journey within the care sector.
We will be hosting our fourth seminar in September 2020 (date to be confirmed).
