Caroline Roberjot shortlisted for Citywealth Power Women Awards

16 July 2015

Caroline Roberjot, Property Partner at Adams & Remers, is shortlisted for the Citywealth Power Women Awards ‘Woman of the Year: Business Growth (Professional Services).

The Citywealth Power Women Awards programme is designed to champion women in the wealth sector and highlight the female leaders of today and tomorrow. The awards spotlight individuals and companies who support care giving responsibilities, female leadership, and celebrate diversity. Therefore, the Power Women Awards 2016 recognises both individuals and companies who maximise the potential of women in wealth, and creates a platform for best practice to collectively exercise positive social influence on the sector.

Caroline left her previous partnership where she was one of the founding partners to join Adams & Remers in 2014. She is delighted to be able to be part of and instrumental in leading the firm to an exciting future following on from its 200 year heritage. Caroline’s energy and determination have meant a new and rapidly expanding clientele for her firm as she continues to grow the firm’s reputation in London for high value residential property. Caroline brings with her, a superlative network of professionals in other private wealth sectors, with whom she has close and excellent working relationships which benefit her clients immensely.

Caroline has been shortlisted for the awards because of her contribution towards business growth at Adams & Remers.  She has built up very well established links with clients, family offices, trust companies and banks in Jersey, Guernsey, Monaco, IOM, Switzerland and Singapore.

She advises HNWs, UHNWs, developers and banks on UK transactions, whether personally or via their offshore trusts, dealing with prime London property – including ‘trophy’ buildings and hotel acquisitions, as well as country estates. While much of her work lies in the prime London areas such as Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea, she also works with buyers and developers in the outer zones of London and the country.  Caroline also has very good experience with international clients purchasing private estates in the UK.  She has worked on the purchase of substantial commercial building in Fleet Street for £355 million, sealing the deal in under two weeks.

Caroline has been instrumental in introducing clients from new jurisdictions to the firm. Her contacts list is vast and she works hard to ensure that she has good personal contact with each of them. She has introduced many clients from jurisdictions that are completely new to the firm.
