Abigail is a Trainee Solicitor currently in her final seat in the Property department. She assists with a broad range of Residential and Commercial Property matters including: buying and selling commercial freeholds, granting leases, conveyancing and advising on property law for agricultural, rural estates and listed property.
Abigail was previously a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department before commencing her Training Contract and has completed her Private Client, Litigation, Corporate Commercial and Employment seats.
Abigail graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 with Upper Second Class Honours in Law (LLB). Abigail then went on to complete her LPC with LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law Guildford campus in 2019, achieving a Distinction.
During the course of her studies Abigail was active in various voluntary and Pro Bono efforts. Abigail has also completed work experience placements in a number of Legal 500 firms within Commercial Property, Serious Injury, Asbestos Related Disease and Personal Injury teams.
