Colin joined Adams & Remers in July 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Property team having provided locum assistance to the firm since 2021.

Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and has specialised in residential property for most of the years in between. He has particular experience acting for private banks providing facilities to customers. He is sought after by individuals and trusts buying and selling high value residential property, particularly in London, and his experience in all facets of residential conveyancing including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, unregistered land and new builds, advice relating to lease extensions, transfers of equity, remortgages and equity release mortgages, means he is a welcome asset to the property department.

Colin has been associated with Adams & Remers since 2014 whilst in the intervening years between 2017 and 2023 he, for some time, worked as a locum solicitor but in particular was more recently employed as the head of two residential property teams for one of the top 50 firms in London/East Anglia and the South East.
