Biography

Harriotte qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021, having been a trainee and paralegal with the firm in the preceding years. She spent six months of her training contract gaining experience in our employment, corporate and commercial department, and subsequently qualified into our employment team located in both Sussex and London.

Harriotte specialises in employment law, advising on non-contentious matters such as settlement agreements and employment contracts, and assisting with contentious matters arising in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.

  • Acting for an employer in a High Court claim concerning allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud and unlawful means conspiracy by a former director.
  • Acting for an employer in its defense of a claim of alleged discrimination by a former employee in the Employment Tribunal, resulting in the claim being withdrawn.

Harriotte has a First Class Honours in Law (LL.B) from The University of Buckingham, a Master of Laws (LL.M) specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science and in 2018/2019 she completed her LPC achieving a distinction.
