Lucia joined Adams & Remers as a Paralegal in our Residential Property Team in October 2022. Besides studying to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer, Lucia currently assists on various residential property matters such as purchases and sales.

Beyond graduating with a first class LLB, Lucia’s experience ranges from obtaining and enforcing county court judgments in light of debt recovery, to statutory and voluntary lease extensions, commercial freehold acquisitions, collective enfranchisements, right to manage claims and lease reviews. Lucia’s hybrid knowledge of contentious and non-contentious law has allowed her to gain a well-rounded view of residential property matters.
