Partner and Head of Employment
Rima is a Partner and Head of Employment and has over 14 years’ experience in employment law. She generally advises companies and senior executives on employment related matters including suspension and disciplinary issues, grievances, discrimination, severance packages, restructurings, TUPE and breaches of fiduciary duties. She has particular expertise in constructive dismissal and restrictive covenant issues and has advised on a number of cases relating to team moves and theft of confidential information.
Rima has been described by clients as an “exceptional commercial employment lawyer” who “quickly grasps the issues and delivers comprehensive and commercial advice” and as someone who offers “a good mix of employment law experience and a healthy dose of pragmatism”.
Background: Rima qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and spent 10 years at City law firm Rosenblatt before joining Adams & Remers LLP in 2016. She became a Partner in 2017.
