Suzanne obtained her degree with honours in 1985 and, following Law Society Finals, was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1988. She practiced across a broad range of legal areas initially, but for the last 15 years has specialised in Property, particularly, but not exclusively, Residential Property, with a particular focus on Listed and Heritage buildings and estates. Her caseload involves property transactions of all types, including sales and purchases, leases, remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity, grants of easement, and general property advice. Suzanne provides legal advice for members of the Listed Property Owners Club, and writes and gives seminars in this field.
“Thoroughly impressed with the service which made a stressful process far more relaxing.” Client feedback
“Suzanne Bowman has been our conveyancing solicitor for 5 purchases/sales and instructed with another. From previous poor experiences with other solicitors, I have found her to be excellent. I would always choose her to act on my behalf and have recommended her to friends. On one sale she almost single handedly kept the chain going due to lack of expediency from other parties’ solicitors.” Client feedback
