The Firm has 18 partners and a team of around 100 and covers areas such as corporate and commercial, employment, real estate, private client and dispute resolution.
Our Litigation teams are based in both Lewes and London and cover both commercial and personal litigation. In addition to commercial litigation and business disputes, the teams also deal with property litigation, environmental health and safety litigation, contentious trust and probate disputes and related litigation and debt recovery.
Our clients include local authorities, government agencies, landed estates, receivers, national companies, charities, trustees, high net worth individuals and their businesses.
Our approach is always to find practical solutions that make commercial sense and are cost effective for our clients with the aim of avoiding Court proceedings as far as possible.

This is a very hands on and varied role with lots of opportunity for the right candidate to get valuable first-hand experience in some complex and interesting matters whilst working alongside senior fee earners. The successful candidate will also be involved in business development and will be expected to develop client and referrer relationships either by themselves or as part of the team.

The salary for the position is circa £50,000 depending on experience.
