Salary range: £50,000 to £65,000

The Corporate and Commercial department’s clients include companies in the recruitment, oil, gas, pharmacy and healthcare sectors. Our deal values are typically between £1m and £50m.
Most of our clients are companies in the United Kingdom, though many of our transactions have an international dimension spanning Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
The work carried out by the department includes advising on private company sales and acquisitions; shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements and investments; corporate restructurings; commercial agreements; banking; and company law.
This is a very hands-on and varied role with lots of opportunity for the right candidate to get valuable first-hand experience in some complex and interesting matters whilst working alongside senior fee earners. The successful candidate will also be involved in business development and will be expected to develop client and referrer relationships.

The salary for the position is £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
