Our Commercial Property team is the largest practice area in the Firm and is based in both Lewes and London, with this position being within our London team. Across our practice areas of Commercial and Residential Property, Private Client, Litigation and Corporate and Commercial, we have 19 partners and a full team of around 100.
Our clients include landlords, developers, entrepreneurs, banks, local government and commercial agricultural estates, based all over the UK and internationally. In addition to advising on all aspects of commercial property sales, disposals, leases, option and promotion agreements, landlord and tenant and development work, we have specialist sector expertise in agriculture and estates, care homes and healthcare, viticulture and hotels and leisure. Our matters range in value up to approximately £20m.
