The Role

We are looking for someone to undertake general administration duties including opening and scanning post, greeting clients, photocopying bundles, tidying the meeting rooms, making drinks for meetings, file archiving, filing and to support the London office.

The role involves numerous general administrative duties including;

  • Support the London office undertaking facilities tasks including post, photocopying and stationary orders
  • To make teas and coffees for client meetings
  • Keep the meetings rooms tidy and stocked with the relevant stationary
  • Receptionist duties
  • Assisting the teams with photocopying jobs
  • Archiving files
  • Provide assistance to the teams when required and other such duties that are deemed appropriate for this role
