Receptionist – part-time – Lewes

Based in: Lewes, East Sussex

Salary: £9,950 20hrs pw

We are looking for someone to support our teams by undertaking Receptionist duties and administrative tasks including:

  • Answering the phone calls to the main switchboard and putting them through to the correct person
  • Greeting clients when they arrive and dealing with queries and people arriving for meetings
  • Keeping the meetings rooms tidy and stocked with the relevant stationary and refreshments
  • Opening and filing post
  • Preparing files for archiving
  • Updating client database (P4W) as necessary

You should be:

  • Organised and methodical in your approach to tasks
  • A good team player
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally
  • Presentable
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reception experience is desirable

Salary and hours:

The salary for the position is £9,950 a year for 20 hours a week.  This role is to cover the afternoons from 1pm to 5pm.

It is expected that the postholders will cover holidays for each other and sickness absence when possible.
