Across our practice areas of Commercial and Residential Property, Private Client, Litigation and Corporate and Commercial, we have 18 partners and a full team of around 100. Our busy Residential Property team is based in both Lewes and London, with clients drawn from all over the UK. This position is based in the London office.
The team provides residential conveyancing services, and also advises on equity release and re-mortgage, leasehold enfranchisement, licences and variations, development and planning. We have specialist sector expertise in listed property, country estates and high value property in London and across the UK. Our clients include individuals, landed estates, developers and portfolio owners. Our matters range in value up to approximately £50m.

The salary for this position is £60,000 – £70,000 a year depending on experience.
