Andrew joined Adams & Remers in August 2022 as a solicitor in the Property team.

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has specialised in residential property since then. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and acts for clients in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, unregistered land and new builds as well as advising on transfers of equity, remortgages and equity release mortgages.

He was formerly a partner at a large South East law firm, heading up the residential property department of one of their four offices.

Andrew has experience in all aspects of residential property, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build property, equity release mortgages and transfers of part.

Andrew completed his training contract at Thomson Snell and Passmore in Tunbridge Wells and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. He moved to Sussex on qualification in 2012 and joined Gaby Hardwicke, where he became a partner in 2020, heading up their Hailsham office before joining Adams & Remers in 2022.
