Dave is a Partner in the commercial property team and advises clients in the hospitality, healthcare and leisure industries. He advises clients ranging from landlords of commercial buildings to corporate tenants and developers. He also assists with the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and financing.

Dave’s practice covers acquisitions, disposals, lettings and financing. His experience encompasses hotels, care homes, pharmacies, offices, retail units, industrial warehouses and development as well as secured lending. Dave advises and acts for numerous private companies and private business owners on all aspects of the acquisition and disposal of their businesses and landlord and tenant related matters. Dave also undertakes residential property transactions for the firm’s clients.
