Deepak specialises in company and commercial acquisitions involving commercial property, hotel and leisure complexes, retail and industrial estates, residential care homes and other commercial businesses.

Deepak trained with Cohen & Naicker, qualifying as a solicitor in 1982. He immediately thereafter commenced practice in London, then for four years practised international law in Kenya. Returning to London in 1999, he was a partner in Radcliffes LeBrasseur before joining Evans Dodd as a partner in 2006. Deepak plays golf and enjoys all sports.
