Emma began working in the legal sector in 2014 and joined Adams & Remers in 2020 from another well-established firm of Sussex based solicitors.  Emma began focusing on commercial property and corporate law in 2016 and deals with a wide range of landlord and tenant related matters as well as dealing with the sales and acquisitions of commercial property in general.

Emma is ACILEx qualified.

Emma has a broad knowledge and understanding of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new leases and assignments, licences for alteration, short term arrangements such as tenancies at will and licences, easements and wayleave agreements, option agreements and overage.
