Erin joined Adams and Remers in October 2025 having previously been a partner at a South East law firm, heading up their residential property department.
Erin qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has specialised in property law ever since. She is highly experienced in all aspects of residential real estate, specialising particularly in rural property and unregistered land. Erin acts for a wide range of clients including first time buyers, investors and high net worth individuals, often acting for several generations of the same family.
Having practiced in the South East throughout her career, Erin is very familiar with the regional property market and her fellow property professionals.

Erin was previously a partner and head of the residential property department at Hughes Solicitors in Heathfield. Prior to this she spent over 15 years with Thomson Snell and Passmore in Tunbridge Wells where she specialised in advising on the technical aspects of residential conveyancing including multi-party lease extensions, collective leasehold enfranchisement, registering unregistered land and granting and releasing rights of way, covenants and easements.
