Francis advises individuals and trustees with regard to all aspects of UK capital taxation, the creation of trusts, matters of trust law and trusteeship, and Wills, with a particular bias to landed estates. He is a contributor to Tolley’s “Administration of Trusts” and has lectured on trust law matters. He is a founder member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
