Geoffrey specialises in company and commercial work, dealing mainly with corporate mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, in England and abroad. He gives clients advice on appropriate legal structuring.

Geoffrey trained with an old established firm of solicitors in London and received his qualification in 1968, after which he spent three years with a merchant bank abroad, in Nassau, Bahamas. Geoffrey returned to private practice in London in 1971 and founded Evans Dodd in 1975.
