Jo deals with all aspects of buying, selling, leasing and funding commercial property.  She has particular expertise in the care home sector, acting for operators and funders in the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of care homes.  Jo also deals extensively with the retail, leisure and hotel sectors and she specialises in leasehold enfranchisement matters; dealing on both sides for lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.  She is part of the energy sector team and has acted for developers of solar panel sites.

• Background: Prior to joining Adams & Remers, Jo worked in Manchester for 8 years at DLA Piper and, before that, in London with Finers Stephens Innocent (now Howard Kennedy).
