Kristina is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department based in Lewes. She has dealt with a variety of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant related matters and purchasing, selling and leasing commercial property.

Background: Kristina studied Law (LLB) at the University of Kent, achieving a 2:1. She then studied the LPC at the University of Law in London where she achieved a Distinction and subsequently completed her training contract at a local Lexcel accredited firm.

Experience: Her experience includes dealing with lease renewals, lease assignments, licences for alterations, purchasing and selling plots of land, drafting option agreements and re-mortgages.

Kristina is also a fluent Arabic speaker.
