Ravinder joined Adams & Remers LLP in 2021 as a solicitor in the corporate department specialising in all general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations as well as shareholder agreements. She has acted for clients in healthcare, transport and logistics and telecoms. Ravinder previously worked at a large regional firm in Kent.
