Robin is a partner in the Property team.  He has many years’ experience in dealing with a range of complex commercial and residential property transactions include pharmaceutical, investment, development, agriculture and estates, landlord and tenant, distressed property and corporate support.  Robin qualified in 1985 and spent several years in the City before joining the firm in 1992.

Recent transactions on which Robin has advised include:

• The development of various pharmacies attached to new medical centres.

• The sale of a large mixed agricultural and residential estate in the heart of Sussex.

• The negotiation and grant of a number of option and promotion agreements for residential development of vacant land.

• Acting for LPA receivers, administrators and liquidators in disposal of mixed residential and commercial schemes.

• The sale and purchase of numerous landmark high value residential listed properties.

• Negotiation and grant of leases on a range of commercial and investment properties for a portfolio of clients.
