Partner and Head of Employment
Sarah became a Partner and Head of the Employment Team in 2019, having joined us in 2017. She previously gained high quality experience in leading regional firms, following qualification in 2010.
Sarah specialises in providing precise, tailored employment law advice in relation to high value corporate transactions, restructurings and contentious matters. Her client base is broad but she typically acts for businesses in the technology, entertainment, fashion and finance sectors. She has an ability to quickly evaluate and understand key issues and establish core relationships, which enables her to deliver outstanding results for her clients.
Sarah has overseen claims involving discrimination, whistle-blowing, unfair dismissal, breaches of contract and other disputes. Recently she has successfully represented large corporate clients in complex Employment Tribunal and High Court claims.
