• acting for Evening Standard Limited in connection with various contractual arrangements
• acting for Covidien in relation to its recommended takeover of AIM quoted Tissue Science Laboratories plc
• acting for Serica Energy in connection with its dual listing on AIM and related fundraising
• acting for Intrepid Energy from its inception in 1996 in relation to various private equity fundraisings, credit facilities, corporate acquisitions, complex internal reorganisations and restructurings and the eventual sale of the group
