Our Litigation teams are based in Lewes and London, and cover both personal and commercial litigation in the UK. Our specialist areas in commercial litigation are business disputes, property, insurance, health and safety, environment, debt recovery and trustee disputes. In personal litigation, we specialise in property disputes, family law, and probate and trust disputes.
Our clients include local authorities, government agencies, landed estates, receivers, national companies, charities, trustees, family-owned businesses and individuals.
Our approach is always to find practical solutions that make commercial sense and are cost effective for our clients with the aim of avoiding Court proceedings as far as possible.

The role
To provide advice and expertise to trustees/executors, private banks, individuals and charities across a wide range of trust and will/estate disputes.
This role will head up the Contentious Trusts and Probate team, with genuine opportunities for career development within the Litigation team and the wider firm. The successful candidate will also be involved in business development and will be expected to develop client and referrer relationships.

The ideal candidate for this role will be expecting a salary in excess of £80,000 due to their experience and expertise.
