Our Commercial Property team operates from both Lewes and London, advising clients across the UK and internationally. We act for landlords, developers, entrepreneurs, banks, local authorities, and commercial agricultural estates. Our work covers all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leases, landlord and tenant matters, development, and option and promotion agreements. We also have sector expertise in agriculture and estates, care homes, healthcare, viticulture, and the hotels and leisure industry. Transaction values typically range up to £20 million.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lewes, for a fixed term contract of 3 to 6 months. The Salary This position offers a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
