Our busy Residential Property team is based in both Lewes and London, with clients drawn from all over the UK. This position is based in the Lewes office.
The team provides residential conveyancing services, and also advises on equity release and re-mortgage, leasehold enfranchisement, licences and variations, development and planning. We have specialist sector expertise in listed property, country estates and high value property in London and across the UK. Our clients include individuals, landed estates, developers and portfolio owners. Our matters range in value up to approximately £50m.
