Our Private Client team, based in Lewes, provides expert, tailored advice to UK and international private individuals, multi-generational families, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business professionals. With an unwavering focus on client care, we offer a comprehensive suite of services, including wills, inheritance, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, estate planning, and tax strategy.

The Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our dedicated team in Lewes. If you are passionate about providing exceptional legal service, building lasting client relationships, and thriving in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Estate planning, including preparation of Wills and advice on lifetime giving
• Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and Court of Protection applications
• Creation and administration of Trusts

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with between 2 to 8 years’ PQE
• Adaptable, accurate with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Exceptional focus on client care, excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-driven, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
