The Role:

We are looking for a junior fee earner to join this team to carry out:

• Estate planning, including preparation of Wills and advice on lifetime giving
• Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advice on the creation, administration and termination of trusts

Skills needed:

• Qualified solicitor with around 1-2 years’ PQE, Legal Executive or Paralegal with experience
• Organised, adaptable and accurate
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to handle change
• Enjoys working as part of a team
