Work scope
- Attending project team meetings from inception of the project in order fully to understand the client’s requirements and the role of the other team members and play a more effective role in the overall project, reducing the risk of delays and cost overruns later on.
- The selection of the construction and design team and the proper documentation of their terms of appointment.
- Identifying and eliminating property title defects as early as possible in the project.
- Advising on all planning issues, submitting planning applications, negotiating planning agreements with the local planning authority and undertaking appeals where necessary.
- Highways and services issues.
- Funding arrangements.
