Buying or selling investment property (singly or in a portfolio) demands project management experience, an ability to clearly report on any issues to our clients and knowledge of which issues affect the value on such transactions.

Our team is experienced in acting for investors and lenders in relation to commercial property. We are well aware of the need to keep owners and lenders fully informed on portfolio management and we are used to working with asset managers and other advisers.

With experience of corporate and offshore property holding structures and a network of contacts in such jurisdictions, we are able to offer a complete service for property investors.

Having acted for both owners and lenders we know what concerns banks in today’s market and we are experienced in assisting our clients in the renegotiation of bank facilities and the variation of terms between lenders and borrowers.
